New Format Betting World

Hate the new format Can't see the the money for horses unless you write it down which I find very difficult with computaform online

Agree, old format was much better. Might look fancier but far less user friendly.

Was in Club Tab. The staff are even battling and a few punters could not get their bets on. With the new system, u cannot call the horses's name as u have to call the race and horse number. Instead of becoming more user friendly, it is a nightmare. They should go back to old system

It’s absolute shit – they don’t send out e-mail confirmation of bets anymore, and even on the website it’s difficult to find your accepted bets.
Account reconciliation is a nightmare.
They also do not respond at all to e-mail complaints.

Placed a withdrawal of my funds on Thursday, but the money is still not released into my bank account..... Its a sorry state of affairs as i enjoyed their competitive odds on racing/sport. Their helpdesk is non-existant
