Winners Circle

Nico mentioned on a repeat of the Winners Circle show tonight that Charles Laird is on his way down under as suggested would happen by posters on this site. Of course this in my opinion is a huge loss for the racing industry in SA and another example of the drain on skills that SA is experiencing.

My question to those in the know is, will Anton follow or is Charles Laird, or is Laird leaving the reason why he has started taking rides in different yards. I just hope that the entire SA racing industry does not emmigrate to AUS. I am sure that this would suite the race operators though. All the tracks could be sold to the highest bidder and the left over horses ccould be moved south to pull scrap metal in Capetown.

Thanks - Great News - A true South African unlike our mate Mr Lloyd who is alrady speaking like an Aussie and denying his affiliation to a country that helped him get where he is in racing. He kept on telling us how British he is. Just an opinion for those who watched Winners Circle. Part 2 to follow next week.

Thankfully it seems like the only Marcus thats saddling up to head Oz way is not Anton.
