Are we the least punter friendly country ?

Our tote takes a higher percentage than others overseas.
Our bookmakers bet to higher percentages and lay lower amounts.
Our tote gives international punters huge rebates compared to local.
Our bookmakers cut limits frequently.
Betting exchanges are illegal.
Our tracks are ill-equipped for bad weather.
We may lose our racing on tv due to these two parties being unwilling to compromise.[/size]

Scary. Absolutely scary.
