Overall analysis of March Tipping Competition

At the end of round 5:
4/67 = 5.97% won and made money
29/67 = 43.28% "won" but lost money
34/67 = 50.75% didn't win any money (including me!)
Overall, 63/67 = 94.03% lost money.
24/67 = 35.82% did not play in the last round: maybe a case of many
getting despondent with losing ???

i would like to see a competition where each player had a Bank of 1000 units

he had to back only ONE horse a day (win or eachway)
he must stake 100 units each day
this could run over the course of a week or 5 weekends or something
something along these lines

Not a bad idea Easy.
From the March Yankee competition, I only found about 3 winners out of the 20 selections with nothing to go with them, whereas a lot of my selections ran into places.

whatever you do, please include KZN meetings in the next comp. Surely the durban poison boys should have their merit ratings lowered so we can at least get into the game this time come on!
