when is the best time to study the racecard.

i find that when i'm on the toilet pushing a easy flowing 12 pounder i get my best results.i have no scientific reason why only over 40 years experience.i've found that mielies generates the best way to get the bowels moving.i've have no medical or scientific degrees so if you try this method you on your own
