It's off Kings road, most expensive real estate in the UK. I once stayed there when I went over to play cricket, that's pocket change in that area. Another world that place.

You can buy a sizeable house for that type of money in many areas of the uk. London is far too expensive to live in but then for those who have the money its as you say pocket change. It would be a few months pay for a City boy.
