A typical Irish meal but with an African difference. Instead of cabbage, moroga and instead of potato, african sweet potato. Gammon remains. But what is wrong with this meal?

I'm off to the Irish.

Cabbage and ribs = hibs, one of my favourite meals when i had teeth :)

Loads of butter on the cabbage and pepper on the ham ribs ...yum yum

Anyone tried "Guiness ice cream float"?
Place one or two scoops of choc ice cream into a pint glass and slowly top with Guinness. Serve with a straw and spoon :-)
