Before anybody can recommend and architect one needs to know what type of building is to be constructed
Different needs i.e Factory, Apartment block House Warehouse

I have used excellent architect from Durban for work in Dbn and Jhb for warehouses and a factory
Different strokes for different blokes!!!!
