Race 9 looks really interesting. DeKocks runners vs Pocket Power. I reckon that this will be a good opportunity for Mike DeKock to measure against Mike Bass's Pocket Power for the July. Mike will be able to get a line from this race for his July runners.

Pocket should on rating at equal weights win this, but Floatyourboat is probably the challenger for the win and Bold Ellinore has a chance. She loves Greyville, the distance and has a lower mass to carry but does seem a bit out on ratings.

I would say if you want a descent MR for the Natal Season you dont run within 5 lengths of Pocket Power until the July.

As much as I love PP, I think he's too be laid over 1400m - or bet a fair priced Horse like Rebel King?

Win, lose, or Draw, this is very much a stepping stone 4/PP toward the big one.

Two runners tonight at Greyville, Mayebabo in the 6th and Uncle Jack in the 8th. Both tightened up after a rest.

The fields are loaded with quality runners tonight but (as a true optimistic owner, hehe) I believe both of them can run in the places. Mayebabo at 25/1 - Bettingworld (11/2 fixed place) is some nice value. She was unplaced for the first time in twelve starts her last run and ran 3 wide the whole race and just needed the run in the last 150m, she tightened up and is working well. I think the betting is all wrong, from a good draw with a low weight I believe we will be involved in the finish. Cause for hope may be the horse to beat.

Uncle Jack is 14/1, we have beaten Extrapolator before over shorter and Greyville will suit us, if Gavin can get him covered up in the first five on the rail we can go close. He is back to race fitness now so we may just be involved in the finish, Red Lucifer the one to beat.

Float is fit and well,think he is going to run a cracker!

Not sure about Pocket tonight . Distance might be a touch to short. But then again the way River Jetez won the other day I could be very wrong.

Fair comment Cuckoo, but this horse is on the upgrade. 2nd fav 26 runs 2 wins, 3rd fav 26 runs 1 win etc. Class might carry her through. Could be one going through the divisions.
