Used to be my sport Dave. Triathlons. Never had the balls or fortitude to attempt an Ironman. All the best for your son ...

I did not realize the magnitude, getting progress feedback:

He swam for One and a half hours, he is now on a bike until about 17.30 and then starts a marathon?

Must be an easier way to spend a sunday

I thought it was 7 to 10 ? Maybe that is for the world champ
