Takes 5 and a half years to become trainer from start if all goes smoothly.

It seems that exceptions are made and I understand that sometimes there may be valid reasons
I sometimes think the system is incorrect and it is almost impossible for a young trainer to start up without a major owner
In the USA it is much easier to obtain a licence not sure about the UK

I would think Zietsman would do well in another centre. 5 and a half years surely is way to long.
