If your horse gets scratched in the first leg of your pick 3 do you get the tote favorite or is the bet refunded?

Tote favorite for any Pick 3 pool that is not commingled.

.....yeah and what would that be.....I caught one on breeders cup and only had 2 winners and my banker a fav was unplaced..... :huh:
