WC comp/leaderboards

Comp can be held either predict the scores of each match or in the form of a fantasy league. Entrance fee is R100. Winner will collect 70% runner up 20% and 3rd 10%

If interested then say so and also which comp would you prefer.

I think score predictions and bonus points on a selected first goalscorer.
Say you predict the result will be 2-2.If it's a draw you get 3 points,a further 7 points if it's 2-2.

If you predict it's 2-0 and it finishes 3-0 you get 3 points only.If it's 2-0 you get the other 7 points.

Select a top goalscorer at the start and you get 10 points per goal.Only 5 if it's a penalty.

Much easier to do a score prediction comp

In the past it was 3 points if you nailed the score and 1 point if you predicted the correct result

I think that once you start bringing in goal scorers it takes away from the comp even predicting in which minute the first goal would take away from a straight predict the score

Fair point.
Score prediction definately best as its a knockout tournament

Judging by the weak response its predictions then. Will let the 5 of you know where and when to deposit. Will have to ask Dave for permission to use ABC account. On the plus side you only have to beat 3 others to win the money and be crowned World Cup Champ :woohoo:
