I suspect that they are purposely holding back the notification regarding the changes to handicapping. This Vee Moodley is between a rock and a hard place

Along with the stench of his Phumelela tenure.

Have you seen the bind that he has gotten himself into regarding handicapping guidelines? He is quickly learning that wearing two caps and maintaining integrity is impossible. I know he has many fans on here but his was a ill thought out appointment by the blind school at the Jockey Club
