Entries close at 0900 Thursday morning

Bob will then lock the thread so that I can start a spread sheet with all the players without any worries that someone will edit whilst i am in the process.

After the match Bob will reopen the thread for anyone who wants to start using their permitted 3 changes for the tournament.
