Why is it so difficult to make a withdrawal from Hollywood bets

My wife has been trying to make a withdrawal from her hollywood bets account for over a month now, first it was that the fica documents were not in order, hollywood does not reply via email, if they can not get hold of you via phone, she sent her documents an waited, the documents were not in order but was not notified via email, understanding that she was not contactable via phone, the the documents were updated and sent, with no confirmation that all is in order, then the banking details were sent, but this has not been updated as yet, so she can not make a withdrawal, can some one assist

The simple answer is because they are a bookmaker.

Since the game is so much in their favour they regard any money deposited as being solely theirs. They aim to frustrate you so that you continue to play and, eventually, lose it all.

Thank you Devin for your speedy response and assistance in resolving the problem, which was dragging on for weeks, but was resolved speedily by Precious in a matter of hours. This is the way issues should be resolved, so we can have trust in hollywood bets.
