It's extremely sad when u are a favorite punter and favorites are running in and u can't get a bet. I have been on a losing streak for the last 4-6 months. Im a average punter but not scared to punt 5k-10k on a worthy double. Punted 2500 on lim lightning and Mauritius.... Lost wanted the double Sicilian tiger and arctic ice for 3500 wasn't happening cause u are offline. Other bookies like wsb and Marshalls constantly call me to bet with them but I stick with you because u a have an excellent team who alway assist me. I'm just frustrated. But u are still my favorite bookie😔😔😔

Would also like to know how they managed to have the Kranji race 12 winner as a scratching.
Even our tote didn't make that mistake.
If you not sure rather put the horse as a runner so punters have the option to back it and if it was actually scratched then refund the money and use the deduction list for winning bets.
I know the horse had a jockey change so maybe they got mixed up but never good to have a winner as a scratching.
Please let us know what went down.

Paid out winners for places on 2nd 3rd and 4th and swingers for 2nd and 3rd

All bets after 11.24 were refunded
