Jooste will never leave this country again and will never physically stand trial. The long and short of it all is that he has enough money to ensure that he will never be extradited to stand trial. The sad part of this is he will also not stand trial here due to the inability of our law enforcers to firstly understand the nature of the crime, secondly to have the will to prosecute, and thirdly I suspect some decent palm greasing has taken place to ensure Baas Markus will live a long and untroubled life in Cape Town.
