All the form and study is worthless if the horse is not fit or brought to compete at well below its current rating and the jockey finds ways to get the horse to run slower than its innate ability...

The churn factor to improve pools and hence stakes will not happen if results do not return money to a spread of punters but concentrates winnings in the pockets of the few in the know...
