In the 1990s I remember backing a horse called At The Savoy that won the East Cape Derby beating Gee Cee. At The Savoy was rumoured to be a top horse but unfortunately never live up to expectations. He did win the Greyville 1900.

Recently, Lizards Desire won the East Cape Derby then went to Dubai. He lost the Dubai World Cup after a long photo. He however won a feature in Singapore.
