My idea of "help from above" is a sniper on the roof

.....although I think that it is mighty sporting of WSB to for go the 5% deduction and now even refund before the race....however why should there be a deduction anyway.....in my book the chances of the scratched horse and its replacement are more or less the same and the field size nor draw have changed....there may be some exposure to some bookies if they were holding a big anti post bet/s but there is still enough time to adjust all the other odds to cover any exposure ...
