The odds-on favourite, number 5 in Mauritius race 3, San Andreas, had all the place money on it until racetime, and was showing 0.40 a place. Then at the jump, all this money on it was cancelled, and the horse, blazing odds-on favourite, returns R3.90 a place. This happens on most races, and yet nothing is being done to stop it.
