We are well aware of the system issues that have been occurring with our systems over the last 2 weeks, and a lot of them pertaining to the old website ( www.hollywoodbets.net ) which a lot of our horse racing clients use. We have been working flat out to make sure our systems are stable for tomorrow's big race meeting.

Should error messages occur while trying to log the old website, please rather use our NEW website or NEW mobisite which has been more reliable. You can access them here:

We know change is hard, but please visit these pages, as we will be discontinuing the old sites eventually.

Otherwise, we please encourage you to get your bets on EARLY. Especially your exotics. Tomorrow is a World Pool Day, so remember that Hollywoodbets does offer the TabGold option to take your tote bets. We would hate for you to not get your bets on.

We are all hands on deck and we will be monitoring the systems throughout.

Dev, I am on the new site ... and it sporadically just makes 'horse racing' unavailable, at this very moment this is the case again.

I cleared cache, logged out tried Msft Edge .... can go to soccer, spina zonke.... no horse racing

This does not work as usual.

18h48 .... gone again. Not being a nuisance Dev but perhaps Devs can check logs etc.

This is very frustrating. All the sites are problematic.
I made a deposit using Ozow at 7pm and it’s still not reflecting. Subsequent deposits went through but cannot get a bet on with all the issues with the sites.

Also did an OZOW deposit at around 19:40. Still has not updated. Dev & Team can you perhaps asssit?

Dev whoever told you that the new site works any better definitely lied to you.

Can't deposit using Ozow and I'm FNB.. Keep saying resending message (or very similar)...

It's now almost 2 days later and still no response or assistance from Hollywoodbets, I'm seriously disappointed. I even emailed details of my issue last night and this morning and issue is still not resolved with only generic automated responses received via email.

Is there an official line from Hollywood in the instant deposit issues from last week? I am still waiting for my Friday deposit. I tried the call Centre but did not have the patience to be caller no. 147.
