I have Pascali running in the 3rd race. He is bottom of the boards at 10/1 in a very open race. However, he is 6kg better off with the favourite El Rey Viene for 6L beating this course and distance on his penultimate run. I thought that he ran a bit below expectations that day, and with the weight turnaround should beat the favourite. I've had an ew bet as I think that he is good value.

race 1 I am going with She Can to beat Captain's Christy, but all of Errols Legacy, Givers Grace, African Folklore and African Beat can win.
Race 2 I prefer Isn't She Bonny of the raced runners, but chances to Law of Success, Sea of Tears, Classical Chord
Race 4 Weak maiden. Nonoti the narrow first choice from Pixie in Love, Manic Monday, Mythical Tune and Jollification
race 5 If Red Roses Two runs to her juvenile form she wins this. If not ready yet then Reefway can pick up the pieces, but a few others also with chances.
Race 6 open race. Wylie Riley my pick.
Race 7 Beyond the Boundary the one to beat, but quite open.
Race 8 A tricky race to end the day, and I'm going with the consistent Leopard Lady.
