Those who have 4 or 6 digit/character passwords are asking to have them updated to a new password that consists of more characters (and variations of numbers and special characters) in order to increase the security for their Hollywoodbets account. i require sum assistance please , i finished 3rd yesterday 07/06 punters , this morning i received R1000 in my account after login out and later logged back in the funds were taken away, then received a sms advising i has won R1000 from finishing 3rd up until current these funds are not showing my account number is 146516

I have tried to play Jackpot 2 for the past couple of weeks but it will not accept. Although it shows the correct fields for selection, when trying to submit it shows the jackpot starts in the previous jackpot first leg. The fields don't line up when selecting bigger numbers in some legs and then denies the request.

We are aware of the issue - this has come about due to the change made in the Jackpot Mixa scratchings not appearing on the bet grid if the Jackpot option or first leg was not selected.
The change is been rolled back as the Doubles, Pick 3s and JPs have all been affected.

i have been trying to resolve a small R50 issue since Sunday. after many calls and emails i have given up...race 2 Turfies on sunday 11th of June...number 5 was scratched ...i have 4 small bets totalling R50...5 was my banker ...i should have been refunded but the bets show losing...surely this is incorrect and should have been null and void?...just to stress its not the money but the principle of the matter!!

Number 10 was scratched in Race 2 Turffontein on Sunday. No. 5 was the tote fav and ran unplaced.
