I was under the impression that he would serve a lengthy suspension for his ride on BURNING WINGS in PE on 28 April 2023. It appeared that he dropped his reins and stopped riding before the winning post.

I have not heard anything about this since the incident??

Can anyone ask the NHRA about his case should you know somebody there. There is no dispute that he is a talented rider.

Also why would Tony Peter not retain him as stable jockey as he has performed very well for them!!
