R3, Song Of Myself, encouraging debut and with improvement should be one they all have to beat.

R5, Epikleros, back in trip, had excuses last time out, from a decent draw should get it right today. Double with R3.

R8, Mufasa, out at the weights with Rio Querari but Rio hasn't won at this course, may be better suited to the 1200. and obviously being aimed at the coming season. Mufasa on the other hand has been consistent course and distance and should be the one they all have to reel in, treble with the above two.

Just a massive hats off to the Cape Racing team. They've pulled out all the stops to get racing going today. Likely to be a thankless effort, but guarenteed it won't go unnoticed by those who love this game. Setting a precedent for why things can be done, instead of can't. 🏇🏻💜
