some of the statements in document are incredible.

.......nothing surprising or incredible here at all.....  for me this type of conduct by 3rd party "consultants" was totally predictable....just glad that Adv. Riley is on the ball......

Anyone diluted the 66 pages? Is the case over? What happens if the Peters lose? They already seem to be running the same horses over and over( more than they used to)

.....not over by a long shot.....they have not even got to the 1st jump which is the initial NHRA enquiry on the charges of what the NHRA claims had allegedly transpired on the morning of the Summercup day last year.....now we see/read that a 3rd party consultant has been heard/observed allegedly openly coaching some of the NHRA staff on what to say in the now again delayed enquiry that is still yet to take place.....and the legal costs just keep mounting ....in the end the deepest pocket should  eventually prevail....

Is the NHRA a law unto itself or is there anyone higher in authority.Are the salaries of these officials paid by .....who....
4 racing is silent on this matter matter and so are many others including trainers.
Surely this matter can be resolved with intervention from those who saved racing in the province or are these saviours unable to intervene due to maybe there being many other skeletons in the cupboard and if all is laid bard then reputational damage will be enormous.Just feel this whole saga has more to it than meets the eye....imvho.

I'm not sure if Òsullivan will be rushing back to the commissions 🤔 
my guess is his bad back will keep him in the UK or Ireland 🇮🇪
