Why is the tote so slow ?

I completely agree.
Having a Racecoast or Telebet account is a real eye opener. 

You cannot withdraw on the site.
Your transaction history only reflects bets taken, no deposits no withdrawal history available.

They sometimes close betting well before the off.

You cannot place bets efficiently unless you have multiple tabs opened at once. To look at the card, the payouts, and the actual betting tab. If they no longer cater for multiple tabs to be opened at once then I'm done for sure.

 I am referring to the Natal, Gold circle tele betting account here, just to be clear.

These issues I've raised require a fundamental change or upgrade to their site, it's not something a support person can rectify over the phone.

Currently your withdrawal options are going into a tote and drawing cash or emailing them or phoning them. How difficult is it to add a withdrawal tab or icon on their site that eventually lands up as an email or request to the recipients at their current email address?

New app is not functioning properly most of the time............

....big problem with the 4Q tote that freaks out when fields are less than 6 or 7 runners.....there is no way you can have any form of bet as the portal just cannot work out WTF is going on.....oh my

....up country tote playing up again.....cant open venues to place any bets......was working fine earlier......

You hear all the whining about the open bet and how bad it is for horseracing.

Whats worse is the entitled attitude of 4q ( racecoast is bookmaker owned so why woul they care about the tote ) when they cannot supply a service to their clients that comes close to matching the open bet experience.

 

Ive been playing on the tote for a while after stopping for a long time as the daily comp helps a bit managed to win a few times but as for user experience it does leave alot to be desired. It often freezes they often dont get the bipot scratching rule right only correcting it later and withdrawals allthough faster than previously are still slower than most book makers. The comp for the car is also a bit silly because it quick picks the first 6 across the line in the summer cup for you, why cant I make my own selections on each ticket? That being said I'll have to go course on summer cup in order to see if I win the car 😅. Looking at tickets im getting the R400 ones but to get a table in a room is 2.5k plus which is probably double what I bet on the day 

.....tote site is already getting choppy.....and local racing not even started......must be all those WSB okes diving for cover.....lol

Once again the TAB site is unresponsive - can't log in - just a spinning wheel ...
