Even someone with half an acorn for a brain would know not to put all that money on the tote when 12-1 was available with the bookies.

Some serious inconsistencies between the Tote and the Books - in the 4th as mentioned Vencedor was mentioned by the commentator that he was favorite at the jump - but in the end I believe Star in Motion was favorite; in the 5th the winner returned R11.90 a Win and a whopping R11.00 a place; in the 6th My Soul Mate as they jumped was returning less than R2.00 a Win (although being offered by the Books at much better odds) - only returned R1.00 a Place - so something rotten afoot ....

....also the resulting dividends on the Tote shows as blanks ....
