The Hollywoodbets Durban July looked like a massive success on all fronts — hats off and well done to everyone involved! 👏
Now we look ahead to the Gold Cup, which promises to be another spectacular day of racing. 🏆
I’ve been trying to catch up on both local and international racing — hard to believe we’ll be into jumps season soon with the flat drawing to a close. Time flies!
Personally, I’m doing okay — first week back from hospital. The recovery’s a bit tough, and I suppose being a little older doesn’t help the fight back to full health. Still, keeping at it. 💪
Still off the alcohol 😢 … but maybe a cheeky Dave’s Special next week?
I’ve been watching plenty of TV and doing my best not to get too wound up by the news.
Rewatched After Life — such a clever show, with some brilliant moments.
Also saw Speak No Evil — chilling, but definitely worth a watch.
Sue continues to be a star 🌟 and keeps me in line.
