NEW W.S.B. Website - Like it or hate it ?

Still cant deposit with a card after multiple support requests. Off to hwb I go they dont even want to take my money 

The new site is trash.... really sorry to say been a huge fan of WSB.
Can't do deposits and support hasnt been great cant blame them tho, they must be under huge pressure!
Back to Hollywood bets havent touched that account for years!

The new site just has teething issues, like all new sites that launch.. This time next week it will be flying

The wrong way to go about launching a new site imo, no doubt going to lose a lot of faithfuls here

well then, Bob, perhaps you could give them a heads up that the site don’t work on an IPad.

Yeah, they are working on a fix

They have the fields for the different quick mixes loaded, but do not indicate the venues like the previous site e.g leg 1 Selangor 12  , leg 2 Shatin 11 etc.

wsb flopped

some NEW change on W.S.B........  as soon as the local race has been run.....   the betting of that race disapears,

so one can NOT have a quick look at the betting of the race that's just been run.... to see the prices of the placed horses.

my oh my...........   my grandfather used to tell me.........   IF IT'S NOT  BROKE........   DON'T FIX IT........  & there was nothing wrong with the OLD format.....  was very user friendly

I just tried to browse the site to see if any improvement and if I should do a deposit and a bet. 

And..

WSB has failed here.

I dont like the new site at all especially from my cellphone.  Definitely moving my business to a more user friendly site.

Tried messaging them to tell them about my frustrations but even that was problematic, thought would be good for WSB to hear constructive critism . Ive decided to leave my acc dormant with them and will check at a later stage if they have made it user friendly
