R1: Weak looking field; Lilac Snow probably best, while as per the betting, biggest dangers are Lasting Looks and Matt's Rocket.
R2: Golden Operator put people in the poor house last time, so no value imo; I prefer Power of Pearls with the fillies allowance; Sergeant Soqrat might be better sprinting and did beat Golden Operator when GO fluffed his lines properly, but SS has not shown anything since
R3: I think a two-horse war between Councillor and Ethical (who has to overcome a poor draw)
R4: Bjorn Ironside better 1200, tries blinkers to show enough speed, but should be too good for these; African Pride might be better than rated and imo is the biggest danger
R5: Open looking handicap; Sky Pillar Rock has a fair draw and is my preference from Curtiss Condor who is finding good market support; American Rebel and Titans of War are suited to this distance, while Dance King tries the trip; Eiger Sanction has not run well at this track before, so who knows ....
R6: Another open handicap for the females where only Todoque seems to have no chance, while Poplar Park is better further; all the others imo has some sort of chance
R7: Mamlambo has a wide draw, so imo is beatable; Fair Proposal looks very well weighted, while Lady Sabrina is bound to improve with a good draw; Glamorous Lady, Cape Saffron next best imo
R8: Cartagena is much better value imo than the odds suggest; I think Romeo's Magic has won this track and trip and with the 4kgs allowance is dangerous; Arlington Action has come down to a competitive rating and looks to be finding form again; not sure that Trident King and Rosy Lemon gets this distance
