I may be missing a point,but all these cheques being given to winning Grooms,what happens in reality?
Do they share it around in the stable or do they keep for themselves.
Assuming each trainer and his staff look after all the horses equally,what about the poor guy who has a horse that cannot pick it's feet up ?
