Just wish they would have a points system to qualify...that would make for a constant build up as qualifying races could be monthly...I believe we need to drop this respected panel of 3 wise men and rather get the best horses to earn their places...punters also then can't be fooled into bogus Ante post where bad horses can never qualify...imagine the free advertising every time a grade 3 or better race over 1600m or more runs and the press announce there are say 30 qualifying PTS on the line for the July...

Don't think that will ever happen - as HW are the sponsors (and they can do whatever they please - including having the 3 'yes-men' panel to decide the field) - and HW might not have a say in the monthly qualifying races ....
