I have a query on their weights. They both are getting a 1.5kg allowance that i cannot understand.

They both are 4 years old's, therefore they get 0.5kg/ 1point WFA allowance over that distance. Their net-merit rating is 105 and 99 and that's puts them in the bracket below the ones you marked.
