Why are   MR  20 horses running in JOBURG.
surely the 4 x racing centres need to be Graded...   Tops to bottom.

Toss up between Joburg  &  cpt   who is tops......   but I think by the shere quality of  TOP  horses around.......   CPT   to me  takes 1st spot.
then  JNB,   DUR,   PE.

surely in the top 2 x centres there should be  A MINIMUM   MR   for  horses to run,    maybe   50  or   55   I dont know. .....    EVEN  HIGHER   ??
but there  is no place in JNB   for   a MR   20    horse to run........   I ask u....   10 x runner.... stakes   WON =  NIL.........    please move onto a weaker centre,  or find a new home for this type of horse !!

5 of the 9 runners in race 1 are owned or leased by the trainer but most should be sent to be ponies for kids. 
until the MR system is scrapped and NHRA starts enforcing rules other than whip abuse SA racing will continue to slowly leak out like a party balloon.
