Interesting document - I have questioned the practice of using a single 'line horse' when calculating ratings; in the document mention is made of using more than one 'line horse'; I wonder how often more than one 'line horse' is used?
Also I didn't see anything that would explain how horses from Kimberley and PE are getting incorrect ratings (way too high in most intances) - would have been nice to know if there are plans afoot to address this.
