Will be sad not being able to see Maria Strapmeova perspiring on the grass courts... Hopefully Bouchard stays in long to give the chaps something to look at..

My outsider picks Men,
As always been backing Milos Raonic, Pick 1
After that, the bad boy, Nick Kygrios, Pick 2
and someone for the future the teen, Alexander Zverev, Pick 3
If I cant get the money, Roger Federer

Neither Djokovic nor Serena Williams will win Wimbledon...leaves many as potential winners...and one can get pretty good odds on any of them...enjoy...

I cant get excited about Wimbledon. I used to love watching it up until 20 years ago but that magic is gone. No more real characters left in the game imo.

And playing slower than a hard court !! Boring watching a base-line slugfest on grass...many things not quite right with that ...

2008 Nadal - Federer that finished in the dark...
But the 80's/90's finals were epics from Borg-McEnroe in early 80's to Ivanisevic - Agassi in 92...not forgetting the 1990 final between Becker and Edberg...
And the many other finals with great storylines...Becker winning in 85 and 86 then getting knocked out early by Peter Doohan in 87 to open the way for Lendl to win a Wimbledon title (wanted it more than all the other titles he won) only for him to be denied by Pat Cash...

2001 Goran Ivansevic winning against Patrick Rafter in 5 sets after been granted a wild card entry. Matched was played on a Monday
Beat Henman before that in an epic as well

That was one of the best finals I have watched at Wimbledon.
