What he is trying to achieve is to dismantle all the guard rails and if successful, by Executive Order, he will terminate the Constitution and remain President for life. He is forcing for a Dictatorship for the USA.

He admires Dictators like Putin, Kim Jong Un, Xi Jinping, Viktor Orban - disagree with this lot and you are literally toast.

Republicans are too afraid to stand up against Trump, they need to grow spines.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Executive orders by president...

Clinton, Bush and Obama the most...given 8 year terms...compared to 4 for the others...but executive orders are done by all presidents and the quantity thereof is no pointer to wanting to impose a dictatorship otherwise you would need to concede the same about Clinton and Obama...but you won't because it doesn't advance the narrative you want...

Executive orders are about policy at a federal level...the states can still do what they want to within their authority...and the judiciary always gets to rule on the legality of executive orders...all presidents have had their executive orders challenged...some have even ignored the judiciary rulings regarding their executive orders but I didn't hear you screaming dictatorship...remember the Supreme Court ruled against Biden's student loan handout and he then issued another executive order blatantly disregarding that ruling...

TN, are you of the opinion that he does not admire the Dictators of the world? He is the most powerful man on the planet, only difference is, he cannot rule with their power, not yet anyway. He will keeping the envelope until he succeeds or is smacked down.

I watch a lot of right wing tv and they are all shit-scared of him. I am not a herdish person, so i don't just believe what others say or think, despite what you may think of me.

People are starting to push back as they are afraid (American) democracy is at stake.

Admiring dictators is how leftists portray DJT's honest assessment of those leaders / rulers...they must have some intelligence / strong qualities to be able to keep billions under their thumb/boot...

Would you prefer to be at constant loggerheads with your foes or have relative peace as there was during the first four years that DJT was in office? And playing to their egos doesn't hurt...it gets them to the table to negotiate a somewhat peaceful existence rather than constant sabre rattling that can wipe all life on earth with all the weapons now in existence...

Many people don't like what DJT says and how he does things but the outcomes are, in the main, common sense and beneficial to the majority...

But if your starting premise is that Orange Man bad and he has evil intent, then you'll never see any good in the outcomes nor concede it even if you benefit from it as it would mean accepting that the starting premise you held so dear was incorrect...

You say that Republicans are too afraid to stand up to DJT...well, if what DJT is doing does not benefit the citizens of the US and Republicans supported him, remember than 1/3 of the House and 1/3 of the Senate come up for re-election every 2 years...without the majority in the House (as voted on by the citizens of the US), DJT cannot get, for example, any spending plans passed and without a majority in the Senate, for example, any judicial nominations he has won't get through so there are enough checks and balances to stymie him as happened during his first term,,,

Unless your premise is that the checks and balances only fail when DJT is in office...but operate as intended at all other times...

The people have the power and the people will speak and, for now, they wanted DJT as president...and if he fails to fulfil their wishes, there is enough to slow down the second half of his second term...

I am not an ANC supporter, but notice you are totally against how they run the Country, how is this different to how Trump intends ruling America - sort of Rules for Thee and not for Me.

By the time this second terms comes, he will have either achieved what he set out to do, become an Dictator, or will be Impeached for selling out the US.
