The quarter finalists are all teams that won their group. So really no surprises the last 8 games, I thought atleast one or two of the top sides would have been knocked out in the round of 16. :

Reason being,they weren't good enough..Lukaku has been poor all tournament,that's why he was dropped to the bench..
I thought the Argies were poor yesterday,that could go either way
