With the amount of rain and hail stones today, not sure we will race tommorow. Its coming down very heavy at the moment.

The next 6 days looks worst.....with thev3 days before the summer cup horrible. At least it may clear up on the Saterday next week. But the front runners will be be stopping at the 1600m mark.

seem to think, the one year the race was postponed to a week later because of the weather, Dr Hilda Podla's horse may won the race (open to correction)

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Race 7, WSB opened Trust at 35/1, HWB have it at 6/1. here's the kicker, WSB have locked the win bet on Trust, however they have it 9/1 to run in the first 2. Obviously when they reopen the betting, they will in all probability have it at 7/1 the win and about 5/2 to finish in the first 2. You'd be a winner all round if it were to finish in the top 2.

Don't know about the South but in the North we had heavy rain this morning and its just started bucketing down hard now again. If it doesn't clear up and the sun doesnt come out blazing I cant see the track being suitable to race

I am 99% settled on all my bets for the day the only one that im not sure of is in the last leg of bp 1 I have to banker cant afford 2

My advice would be to leave it as late as possible - weather will most likely be a factor - in fact I'm not sure that the meeting will go ahead - and a postponement is not impossible
