TRAFFIC ADVISORY FOR 2025 BETWAY SUMMER CUP Johannesburg, South Africa 4Racing wishes to advise all guests, media, partners, and local residents of the traffic and parking management plan for the 2025 Betway Summer Cup, taking place on Saturday, 29 November. To ensure a smooth and safe travel experience, several controlled access points and partial road closures will be implemented in partnership with the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD). JMPD-Manned Intersections – Partial Road ClosuresThe following intersections will be managed and partially closed to regulate vehicle flow and pedestrian movement:

• Turf Club Street & Von Brandis Street
• Turf Club Street & High Street
• Turf Club Street & Hay / Turffontein Road
• Horse Transport Zone along Turffontein Road

These measures are implemented to ensure the safety of guests, officials, and participating horses throughout the day. Access Points & Parking Zones Gate 1 – Main Entrance

• Officials
• Jockey Club Parking
• Summer Garden Guests

• Public drop-off area

Adjacent to Sasol Garage – Pedestrian Entrance

• Pedestrian access only

I believe that on GREG BORTZ  XMAS list this year, is a wish to fly into JOSIE, do a bit of HIT & RUN, clear the 3,5 MILL

off the table & head back to HOLLYWOOD BETS LAND.  I don't believe he needs the money - but I'm sure he'd luv to WIN the
richest race in AFRICA  ( especially taking from TAB4  RACING - no malice intended here , they are the opposition -   just maybe on his BUCKET LIST )

SO OTTO LUYKEN  it's all up to u, u had a fair prep run on a distance short of your best.. JP / WINX v.d. merwe is riding like a man possessed ( plus he was ROBBED  of a group race last weekend )

Drizzling here in the North. The pen was 25 yesterday at 3 pm so hopefully we race today 🙏 

Summer cup is here and i cant wait to get racing started 

Hoping Field marshall and cats pyjamas can get a nice double for kzn
