One player that I will be rooting for is the West Indian Rovman Powell. This bloke hits the ball just as well as any other player that I have seen on my visit this time round.

I hate comparisons in sport, but this Brevis is the real deal,ok our Provincial set up not the best in the world, but today 46 off 30 balls, seems to have as much time and ability as his mentor AB had at the same stage of his career

True, as as I've alluded to in previous posts, Markram is not an opening batsman in Test cricket, he should bat 4,yet in ODIs where he should open the batting, they bat home down the order,

You right with the let's see approach, but his a very exciting prospect non the less

The only way Markram can bat down the order if they play four quicks and no spinner in New Zealand. I will give Erwee a chance to open ahead of Hamza but that means two left handers. Erwee deserves a chance. He is been touring but not getting a game. With Peterson out, this is an ideal opportunity plus he is an attacking player.

I agree,I dont think Hamza has the mental fortitude for Test cricket
