Jansen really coming to the fore which now gives the selectors a healthy headache and that is which bowlers miss out in the next test match wherever that is. All the top sides have 6/7 excellent bowlers who can fill in for each other. Once SA get to that then they too will be a force to reckon with.

South Africa was at 5/2 at one stage to win. That to me was a gift. There will be a winner of this Test match and hopefully its South Africa.

Yes, Jansen, definitely the future of South Africa. Bowls well over and around the wicket. South Africa has plenty of fast bowling stocks. Need our batters to perform.

Kohli has a very nasty habit and that is screaming and running behind a batsman that has been dismissed. Great player who needs to respect the opposition

SA needs to get any lead...even if it is 10 runs...

India will probably get 300 in their second innings leaving South Africa to get quite a lot to win...wicket will get easier / flatter as sun gets on it and dries up bits of green so any lead now is important...

Wicket seems quicker but movement still there...need the green bits to dry up and then batting will be much easier...in time for India second innings? :-(

Saw on TV previously Peterson, playing provincial 50 overs and T20s. He was playing defensively most of the times. Always thought why he is not playing Test cricket for South Africa. He got his chance now and is impressing. Hopes he gets a proper run.

Kohli really has an attitude. Whenever an umpire says not out he tries too stare them down. Twice now today when he reviewed which were both lost he tried it on. Against England he tried the same tactics. Somebody needs to have a word with him.

SA bowlers must throw everything at India and dismiss them for less than 200. This match will not make the 5th day so there won’t be much turn for Ashwin when SA bat again.

Our batters are letting us down. Even our bowlers are facing more balls than them. South Africa need two quick wickets in the morning. Three by lunch will be ideal. If India is not five down about 15 minutes after lunch, its going to be an uphill struggle for South Africa. Hope South Africa can pull it off.

You hardly see a leg slip catch due to it being an almost non existent fielding position. Peterson took a brilliant catch to get Pujara out with Jansen bowling. Well played tactically.
