It's a general business problem in South Africa.People take too long in most businesses. The same with cheques. The rule of thumb do not take cheques in the following order FNB.Standard,Absa then Nedbank. The first named allow many many cheques to bounce before closing an account the others have a tighter policy.Trainers who are battling take horses despite being warned of a non paying client so they deserve all they get.The NHA will only take action after a court judgment has been obtained.
