@mikesack Sincere condolences to you and your family.
It is very sad that this virus is indiscriminate and it used to be someone that was a friend of a friend maybe now it is immediate family.

Social media says today is 500 days under COVID lockdown. Time flies.
No crystal ball could have predicted the impact COVID would have on the world back in March 2020.

I live in the states and you can obviously take this however you want but here’s some anecdotal data from my doctor that has a fairly large practice.

He said the spike in covid cases last week was a big as anything he saw before. He said the cases seemed to be split between the unvaccinated and the people vaccinated with Pfizer. He has not yet had a patient that was vaccinated with Pfizer be hospitalized yet, but he knows of a few deaths in our city of roughly 1 million people. Oddly enough, he hasn’t had a single patient that was vaccinated with moderna even show symptoms yet. I guess I feel slightly better that I got moderna.

Guilliane Barres is a real thing that is happening and it’s happening in Pfizer and not just johnson and Johnson like they told us here initially. It has been extremely rare. Barres is kind of like Lyme disease in that it can lay dormant in your body forever until a stressor triggers it. It’s a genetic disease. Either you have it or you don’t. If you could afford a genetic test to make sure you don’t have it, then that might help in deciding whether to vaccinate. Stay safe out there and god help us all

CR "giving evidence" at state capture enquiry...

He would be much better served by telling the truth...every ANC deployee is tasked with one goal...ensure that money is routed back to the ANC...

CR will forever be seen by me as the person who knew so little about so much that was happening under his watch / nose...

What CR describes as "lapses", "errors", "mistakes", any sane, moral, ethical person sees as deliberate acts of thieving...using euphemisms only shows the uselessness of CR and a deliberate attempt to understate his role...

Between CR and Zuma they are fighting for the spot as worse president. The one is scaly upfront the other came out after. Myself don't think it can get any worse doesn't matter who takes over but then yet again we thought so with Zuma.

While driving yesterday, I subjected myself to the irritation of listening to CR the waste lie and laugh and attempt to minimise his complicity in the enabling of theft...

The "deployment committee" that he headed during JZ's second term did not "recommend" as CR tried to emphasise but are the body that solely determines who goes where to enable a re-routing of taxpayer funds back to the ANC...

He uses the word "shocked" to hide his complicity but what is not questionable is his shocking incompetence and / or ignorance...I repeat...never have I seen or heard some-one profess to know so little about so much that is happening under their watch...

CR still talking theory of what should have been rather than what has / is taking place...and being handled with care by commission...no wonder the antagonism of the JZ faction at the lack of even-handedness shown towards those giving "evidence"...

South Africa like SA racing is currently on a downward trajectory. The people in authority are making decisions that benefit themselves or their interests without taking the bigger picture into consideration.
My insurance company no longer covers my Television set. They feel a flying shoe is not a reason to claim, hence i avoid listening to Cyril if at all possible.

I woke up in Pretoria this morning and actually thought I was in Edinburgh, it's rather nippy.

Switched on news

ANC begging for money and a health minister partying without a mask 😷

Whistle-blower murdered.

Back to Tellytrack 😪
