THIS REPORT FROM MR WELCH................FROM THE LAND OF " ELVIS ".

Former General David Petraeus stepped forward this week to respond to what the West is calling Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “threat” to use nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, CNN and other Western outlets are sounding the same alarm along these lines, massaging the narrative that Russians intend to use nukes in Ukraine.

But US-based political commentator and analyst Daniel Patrick Welch cautions against taking them at their word.

“The methane spewing up from the sabotaged gas pipelines on the Baltic Sea floor are the most accurate analog for the gaseous nonsense spewing from the bloviating gasbags of the collective West,” Welch said in an interview on Tuesday. “Evermore shrill with every new development, they are left to fart out their noxious lies to poison the atmosphere, accumulating like the carbon greenhouse effect of their vaunted echo chamber. Even if we can’t smell them, their lies are literally killing us, first slowly, and finally with a great, cataclysmic implosion.”

Welch refuted the claim, which he labels simply bizarre, that Russia is responsible for the sabotage of Nordstream 1 & 2 gas pipelines that took place on September 27.

“We are now told that the Russians, having spent billions of dollars to build these massive projects, against enormous technical odds and political opposition, are themselves the ones blame for having blown them up,” said the American writer. “In this Bizarro World of Western lies, it is nearly impossible to gain a foothold against the ridiculous narrative our overlords have constructed for the consumption of the peons. Every step, every stone crumbles under the weight of truth. Black is white, night is day, down is up. The creators of this madness laugh at the Pavlovian success of the system control they use to control their populations.”

“It is hard to tell when Western sources aren’t lying,” he said. “The gasbags’ lies are everywhere, minus the whiff of the added chemical that makes it identifiable to guard against accidental explosions. Brushing past the “news” stand, I get a peek at one particularly hilarious headline. Reuters, AP, NYT, UPI, AFP… who cares? Everyone is already on board. ‘Ukraine reclaims more territory as Russia’s hopes fade…’”

The commentator responded with disbelief: “WTF? is the only response that comes to mind, even though a texting shorthand isn’t exactly standard interview language. In the real world, the news is that four regions of the battered eastern Ukraine, having been pounded by their ‘own’ government artillery for over 8 years, have finally rejoined Russia, whose annexation was cemented yesterday by the state Duma,” he explained.

“Earth-shattering, mind-bending, geopolitical tectonic-plate-shifting news being digested by the rest of the world. In the West? Ukraine reclaims territory. There can be no engagement with such insanity, and I fear there is little hope for any diplomatic or non-military way out.”

Petraeus: US would destroy Russia’s troops if Putin uses nukes in Ukraine
David Petraeus has said that the United States would destroy Russia’s troops and equipment in Ukraine and sink its Black Sea fleet if it carried out a nuclear attack in the country.
Putting forward current and former officials are just a platform for massaging the Biden administration’s narrative, according to Welch. “Former CIA stooge David Betray-us, one of the prominent gasbags in the latest methane-bubbling news onslaught, off-gasses more snarling threats about Russia’s supposed ‘threat’ to use nuclear weapons. It’s completely made up, of course—any honest and even casual perusal of Putin’s speech on the matter reveals nothing of the sort. But twisting his words, deliberately misinterpreting them or just fabricating some lie or other out of whole cloth—this is the entire modus operandi of Petraeus and his ilk.”

“It would help, though, actually to read or listen to his actual speech,” he suggested. “Russian doctrine has been crystal clear on the issue of nuclear use: in response to a WMD attack, or if the existence of the Russian state is under threat. The US’ policy has been fuzzy and deliberately vague (the better to threaten you with, my dear) since Oppenheimer’s first ‘success.’ Having dropped two devices on non-military targets, the US and its western vassals are on thin ice when lecturing others about their use.”

Welch elaborated: “But these are old truths, ingrained in the world’s collective memory for decades. Ditto with the rest of Putin’s scathing litany: maybe this is what actually frightens and enrages his western would-be assassins.” So why the shrill response? He continues: “Well, projection is a terrible thing. Putin carefully and systematically ran down a list of the west’s crimes against humanity, from slavery to colonialism to imperialism to chemical and biological attacks to the destruction and invasion of country after country. It’s a long list. Holy sh*t, they might have thought. What if someone like Putin or [enter Hitler du jour here] managed to do even a fraction of the stuff to us that we have done to them for half a millennium? Outrageous!”

The commentator pointed out that the threat imagined by the Russian Federation President and enshrined in Russian doctrine is not new: “And of course, threatening the existence of the Russian state is precisely what the US and the various Poodlestan statelets it controls have envisioned for a very long time. They can blather on about the Russians’ “hysterical” reaction, calling it unhinged, crazy, etc. They might even believe it—or they might be lying. Who knows. Their lips are moving, after all. Even dissident Russians, missing the mark by a wide margin, think Putin exaggerates the threat,” he continued.

“Which is all well and good, except that it already happened,” Welch laughed. “Not only is it the western wet dream cemented in the whitepapers of a dozen DontThink tanks of how Russia is to be segmented and its wealth plundered. This is what the western elites did in 1993, propping Yeltsin’s sorry ass up on a tank like some sort of drunken sock puppet before raiding the coffers and riches of the state and its resources.”

The timing of this latest rhetorical battle is interesting, according to Welch: “It is somewhat ironic that this debate should be taking place on October 3 and 4, the anniversary of the October Massacre that solidified the existential threat and marked the beginning of the western conquest. Unwritten or ignored history, complete with a Pinochet-style secret mass killing in a stadium riddled with bullet holes. The conservative and orthodox-leaning Putin—certainly no communist he—is nonetheless acutely aware of this history.”

Welch continued: “As far as the rest of the litany, well… It really shouldn’t need to be said that it is laughable for the west to wag its bloody finger at anyone. Are they alone in these crimes against humanity? Of course not. But anyone with a brain can see how ludicrous it is that the likes of Stinkin Thinkin Blinken, or worse, the British Monarchy, could lecture Russia—or China, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, Syria or anyone for that matter—on ‘values’ and human rights,” Welch asserts. “It is simply a joke and most of the world—perhaps 80-90%--sees right through it.”

So where does this leave us? Welch summed it up: “A few things are clear. For starters, these regions will never again be under the control of anyone but Russia. Ever,” he emphasized. “Secondly, there is absolutely no chance of going backwards. The world stage is changed forever. Russia, China with it, along with the rest of the Despised and the Damned (according to western ‘values’) will simply never again bow to the dictates of the US and the collective West. The American analyst takes one final swipe at the US’ European allies. ‘Europe has, stupidly, made its bed and committed economic suicide. Will it happen without conflagration? This is up to the West. We can only take a deep breath and hope that sanity might somehow prevail. The best advice may come from the old spiritual: ‘Get on board, little children. The ark is a gonna move.’”

This is sickening 😢 🙏

Thailand was plunged into mourning on Friday after 37 people were killed, most of them young children, in a brutal gun and knife attack at a preschool centre in the rural north-east.

The attacker, a former police officer, opened fire and stabbed children as they slept at the centre in Uthai Sawan, a town 500km (310 miles) north-east of Bangkok at about noon on Thursday, police and witnesses said.

Former policeman Panya Khamrab, who is believed to have killed at least 30 people in a nursery in the northern Thai province of Nong Bua Lam Phu.
Police said the perpetrator was a former police officer.

As he left the nursery the attacker drove his car towards and shot at bystanders, then returned home where he shot his wife, child and himself.

The age range of children at the daycare centre ranged from two to five years, a local official said. Twenty-three children were killed.

The Thai government ordered all Thai flags to be lowered to half mast on Friday, while the prime minister, Prayuth Chan-ocha, was expected to visit the area in the afternoon. “This shouldn’t happen,” he said on Thursday. “I feel deep sadness toward the victims and their relatives.”

King Maha Vajiralongkorn was also expected to visit the town on Friday to meet victims at local hospitals.

This is absolutely scandalous! These people should be thrown in jail. What about all the excess deaths in young adults due to heart related issues, post the vax?? I personally know of a few relatively young, fit people that have heart attacks after taking the vax.

These monsters have blood on their hands, and will they definitely, 100%, put your house on it, answer for this one day, although it wont be on this green earth, because they are all part of the cabal.

Trust the experts? Ya, right. Anyone who thinks that these CEOs of major corporation care about them, are living in cookoo land.

.....always maintained that this vaccine BS was/and still is the biggest con on the planet.....it may have been better to let the virus run its course...without enriching big pharma who rolled out a half baked untested solution that had hardly any effect.....I survived 2 variants with no vaccinations and still have mild complications....my wife is 19 years my junior also contracted the virus twice was vaccinated twice and is in much poorer health since 2nd vaccine........I know of many twice vaccinated people that contracted and infected others after vaccination ....so tell me why this was a better solution....

Cold Winter Ahead: EU’s Self Imposed Energy Crisis is “Taking a Turn for the Worse”. Desperate Scramble to Import U.S. LNG
LNG Storage Space Runs Out as Brussels Braces for Winter Without Russian Gas
By Drago Bosnic

Region: Europe
Theme: Oil and Energy

The European Union’s self-imposed energy crisis is taking a turn for the worse. The political elites in Brussels and their suicidal subservience to Washington DC is breaking records day by day. The latest energy hurdle the bloc is facing is a chronic lack of transport ships carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the United States to EU countries. According to Bloomberg, as the bloc is trying to prepare for a winter without Russian natural gas and other crucial commodities, LNG shipping rates are surging, but this will not be enough to meet the EU’s energy needs this season. The report states that European countries are now paying to keep the LNG transport ships loaded with natural gas in ports as onshore LNG storage facilities are full.

As companies are racing to charter entire fleets of LNG transport ships, there is a growing fear that there will not be enough vessels capable of transporting natural gas from the US. This problem is further exacerbated by those ready to pay for the already-loaded ships to stay in ports. Gas Market Report by the International Energy Agency (IEA), released on October 3, states that the demand for LNG in EU member states surged by 65% for the first three quarters of 2022 when compared to the same period last year.

EU Imports More U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) than Russian Pipeline Gas for the First Time Ever
In the aftermath of anti-Russian sanctions, the EU was forced to import less from Russia. According to OilPrice.com, in June, the bloc imported more natural gas from the US than from Russia for the first time in its history. A Reuters report claims that up to 70% of US LNG exports were sent to the EU in September, which was a 7% increase in comparison to August. In the meantime, countries in East Asia and South America are also trying to acquire more natural gas in preparation for the winter season, which is adding even more pressure on shipping companies. Worse yet, US states in New England, which are dependent on LNG imports, are now forced to compete with EU buyers, which further drives up prices, according to Seeking Alpha.

The October 11 report published by Bloomberg states that the cost to charter a transport ship loaded with LNG and set to sail across the Atlantic Ocean rose to $397,500 per day. This new record for Atlantic LNG shipping rates represents an increase of over 6% in less than a week, as the previous record of $374,000 per day was set on October 3. However, to better understand just how mind-boggling the shipping prices are now, it’s better to compare on a yearly basis. In 2021, the Atlantic LNG freight rate was $91,000 per day. With the newest record, which has very likely already been topped, this is an increase of over $306,500 per day, or 337%, and an approximately 500% increase since January 2022, according to Spark Commodities.

The LNG shipping price assessor reports that this broke the 2021 all-time record high for the Pacific Ocean freight rates which happened at the height of the supply chain crisis. The price is expected to surge further as traders are hoarding even more natural gas. The scramble to buy more LNG and charter additional transport ships to carry it is very likely to create the next big shortage in the energy market, experts and traders agree.

The shortage has become so severe as it is that LNG exporters in Asia are now selling natural gas directly from their ports instead of offering to ship it to buyers. However, many buyers lack LNG shipping vessels of their own and are forced to pay exorbitant prices to get natural gas to their own ports, while in some cases they can’t even find a way to transport the LNG they already paid for. According to LNG traders, there are very few transport ships left to charter for the rest of 2022 and they are charging astronomical rates.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The shipping issues for the LNG are a clear indicator that pipelines have no viable alternatives. However, with NATO countries and satellite states being involved in sabotage operations against Russia-EU pipelines, be it through sanctions or terrorist acts such as the Nord Stream 1 and 2 explosions, Brussels is now forced to contend with both US LNG producers and freight companies and their exorbitant prices.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
There’s growing frustration in the EU as it is painfully obvious that the US is making astronomical profits thanks to the escalation of tensions between Brussels and Moscow. Global demand for LNG transport vessels is driving freight rates even higher, which will make pipelines even more important. The EU will have a clear choice – either come to an agreement with Russia and stop acts of sabotage or continue paying several times more for LNG and brace for certain shortages as storage space runs out.

......while we look at the problems of others.....our local strikes are costing billions of lost revenue locally.....our ports are at a standstill and over 300 vessels are cueing off KZN coast causing a backlog that will take weeks to clear.... our exports are screwed as fresh fruit is perishing and we have a shortage of refrigerated containers.....we can expect a further rise in prices of household goods and foodstuff as our currency depreciates further and local stocks become critical.....
