Looking at the overall picture, if the police had been proactive from the start , we could have had a few injuries and possible deaths.

However by letting it escalate we will probably have the following scenario:
Where the looters are enjoying their gains this week but shortly the Covid crises is going to hit very hard in addition to starvation and thousands will now die.

Very little medical help will be available due to the actions taken by the looters and the reality of job losses will add to the misery.

God save SA 🙏

I don't disagree Mossel

He was the one that gave the order "hands off" the looters to police and army.
It has now backfired.

Just watched Cyril arrive in KZN.

A massive show of military force, but when is he going to tell them to use it against looters and protect law abiding citizens?

The saddest part is he hasn't set foot to visit the disaster areas here in KZN.
Surely the CIC should be on the ground to see the carnage that has occurred, in my experience the worst disaster in KZN or even in the country that I've seen.

If not CR, then who? Be careful what you wish for. Anyone that has led teams should know what its like leading people that are working against you.

He is going after the rot in the ANC. Thats why this is happening. How many ex presidents are in jail?

Put your own personal issues aside, and acknowledge that.

$35 Billion stolen. He is going after the thiefs. He has my backing.

Mike he won't set a foot there because he doesn't care,he only pretends to care when the camera is on him why wasn't the army on the scene Saturday morning already. The most fucked up thing is now the people must pay R40 a loaf that cost 11 at shoprite if you work it out the % bread has gone up is more than the % illegal booze has gone up that's wrong its one of the country's staple foods how can can this be right but we thank you big chief. This is wrong cyril has failed everybody in this country its time for him to go but I don't know if that will even help the next chef will in all probability be even worse and then the mass still vote for these okes myself I don't know how the anc get this right or maybe it shows the intelligence of the voters I don't know

Just been to P and Pay Chatsworth.... 6 hours in a queue to buy some essentials... most out of stock and pricing is up as per my better half..... some shops are inflating prices ridiculously and this is very sad indeed.
