âCompanies that enforced vaccine mandates set themselves up to be the stateâs fall guysâ â Dr Herman Edeling

As the Covid-19 waves have decreased, various resultant issues, either ignored or wilfully bypassed in the midst of the pandemic frenzy and subsequent mass vaccination drive, are now coming into focus. Sharply. In July, BizNews published an article by veteran SA journalist Brian Pottinger in which he pointed out that those companies that implemented vaccine mandates may eventually have to face up to their accountability for sequential injury and even possible death resulting from these mandates. But what about the South African governmentâs culpability? To explore the culpability of both the state and companies that implemented vaccine mandates, BizNews spoke to Dr Herman Edeling. The esteemed neurosurgeon who specialises in a medico-legal practice succinctly laid out the case that the SA governmentâs move to indemnify vaccine manufacturers for adverse events and death occurring as a result of their vaccines was unquestionably unconstitutional and fraudulent â a fact which can be proven in court. Dr Edeling explained, amongst other things, the Covid-19 vaccination phenomenon which is currently evident across the globe and supported by data as well as the consequences of taking regular boosters. Where my expertise does lie, over a very long time, is providing medical evidence to lawyers and to courts in the form of analysing medical issues and presenting them in such a way that lawyers can make sense of them; providing medical evidence, sometimes complex evidence, to court in a way that the court can use it usefully to make a finding.
On his current stance in respect of mRNA vaccines
Very disappointingly, the medium term data that has become available since our last interview [September 2021] has found two things very clearly: that the vaccines are not effective and that theyâre not safe. But if I say it is not effective, I think I must specify exactly what I mean by that. So, the mRNA vaccines are effective in causing the body to produce SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. It does achieve that. And the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein that it induces does cause the body to produce antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. But that does not necessarily prevent you from getting sick.
The theory was that getting antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein would be able to prevent people from catching or transmitting the disease. Experience has found that it has failed dismally at that. So, people who are so-called vaccinated â and you know I donât like calling it a vaccine because it isnât really â but that is the lingua franca and thatâs what people use so weâll stick to the term although itâs a misnomer. But it gives no measurable protection against catching the disease or transmitting it. And even agencies like the CDC and the FDA and the WHO have now more recently even admitted that.
Now the the next thing is that when vax pushers â by vax pushers I mean anybody who promotes and recommends other people to get a vaccine â started to realise the ineffectiveness of these vaccines to prevent the contraction or transmission of the disease, they would say, âOh, well, itâs not so good at that, but itâs very good at preventing severe illness and death.â That was the new mantra that developed during this year. Now, by March of this year. I was able, by analysing real world data that is available to the public, that even that claim is false and that there is no protection against severe illness or death.
On what happens after receiving an mRNA vaccine and the dangers of boosters
When the mRNA injection is given, for about three weeks after getting the jab, people are more susceptible to Covid than before they got the jab. So, thereâs an initial period of a few weeks of negative protection or greater susceptibility. Because that is the time it takes for the antibodies to develop to the spike protein. Once that period has passed and antibodies have developed, there is some protection against that spike protein. The problem with the protection is that it is only against the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and not the nucleocapsid or any of the other proteins which are in the virus. Whereas with natural immunity, you develop antibodies to all the proteins that are foreign.
So after a number of months, three months, four months, maybe a maximum of six months, any protection that it gave wanes and goes away. And after that period, again, people become more susceptible than those people who have never been vaccinated.
And it is exactly because of that waning of immunity within a few months and the greater susceptibility that this crazy notion of boosters was introduced. The notion is âweâre going to give you the same thing that didnât work, and now itâs going to work better somehowâ. And unfortunately, evidence has shown that the more boosters people have, the more susceptible they become, the greater their risk of severe illness and the greater their risk of death.
On the Covid-19 vaccination phenomenon as seen from data
If you look at the data from the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic until now (which includes about a year of pandemic before any introduction of vaccines, and now about 18 months of experience in the world after the introduction of vaccines in different countries) weâll find a very amazing phenomenon that you canât explain any other way. This is that the most highly vaccinated countries now have the highest rates of Covid, and they also have the highest rates of Covid deaths, whereas the least vaccinated countries have the least numbers of Covid cases and the least number of Covid deaths.
On the South African government indemnifying vaccine manufacturers for any adverse events or deaths that occur as a result of the Covid-19 vaccines
Well, first of all, it is morally wrong, itâs unconstitutional for a government to give free rein to a manufacturer to provide a substance that is potentially harmful to citizens â without even providing information about the full contents and without having done proper safety and efficacy trials â and to give freedom of liability to consequences. And we know for a fact there are many people in South Africa who have suffered permanent disability and deaths from these so-called vaccines, and our government has given immunity to the manufacturers, which is absolutely wrong. What I understand from lawyers is that the immunity contract between our government and the manufacturers can be pierced if fraud is proven. And in my view and the view of many people Iâve spoken to, those contracts are fraudulent and therefore they are able to be pierced by proving fraud in court.
On SA citizens not having been able to provide informed consent to Covid-19 vaccination
Our government has told us, based on what manufacturers have told our government, that these vaccines are safe and effective. That is not so. Those statements are false. Iâve written an analytical document about the concept of informed consent [see below], which deals with exactly the reasons that I can say, without fear of contradiction, that those statements are false. And because of those false statements, it has not been possible until now for anybody to give informed consent for vaccination. Because the information that they were given on the basis of which they consented has been false information.
On whether companies can be found culpable for the vaccine injuries and deaths of those employees who were vaccinated because of the companyâs vaccine mandates
Absolutely. Iâm going to send you another document on the constitutional imperative or criteria for vaccine mandates [see below]. It relates to Section 36 of the Bill of Rights, which specifies the circumstances under which individual human rights could be limited in favour of society rights. According to this, my analysis is clear. The only authority permitted to pass a law of general application to limit individual rights is the legislative arm of government. And the legislative arm of the South African government has avoided doing that. It has passed that responsibility onto businesses, corporations, universities who I think gullibly and misled, without properly reading Section 36, started to enforce mandates and force people to be vaccinated against their will and have punished and dismissed people for refusing to get vaccinated.
Secondly, Section 36 also provides five criteria which have to be passed in order (even) for Parliament to be able to pass a vaccine mandate. I analysed those in January of this year in a report that was submitted to court for the Free State case in which all of those are medical issues. I examined the medical evidence for each of those provisos specified in Section 36, and the vaccine mandate fails not on one of them, but on each of the five. So, constitutionally â vaccine mandates in South Africa would fail even if Parliament were to pass it. But in this case, what has actually happened and here I agree with Pottinger, the companies that enforced vaccine mandates have set themselves up to be the fall guys to enforce the will of the state.

The one thing lock-downs were not about, is fighting the virus.

But the very contract governments signed says that they (Big Pharma) do not know what the outcome will be. What about the "no liability" clause did people not understand?
Treason. Theft. Lies. Greed. Disgusting. A war against decent people by NWO/WEF/governments/globalists that want to steal the whole world, your assets and you, and be "gods".
They are relying on "plausible deniability" to make them unaccountable for what they enforced. If you watched the Zondo commission, you wiill see how he led people to say they did not know or do not remember.

A big question people say is "I had the shot and I am fine". The truth is, different batches had different stuff in them. Also, different quality control measures were taken. The vaccines needed to be kept extremely cold. When this happened, the mRNA was effective, which meant that the harm could take place. If the vials warmed up however, the mRNA no longer worked ... which ironically meant that the person who had the jab didn't get the mRNA and so wasn't harmed.
Could that have been the reason for Africa being less harmed by the jab. We didn't have such strict controls, so we accidentally destroyed the mRNA poison, inadvertently saving the populations from the serious covid vaccine deaths and injuries that the more sophisticated countries experienced.

I love that there are brave intelligent people like Dr Herman Edeling who are prepared to fight back against the greatest medical con we have ever seen. And I love that there are still media outlets like Biznews who have the courage to pursue old fashioned journalism and are not scared to highlight the truth that people like this doctor are bringing to us.
South Africa today has zero covid deaths on most days, with just 1 person in 250,000 getting covid infected daily, even though we are in the middle of the winter flu season.
On an average SA day, 540 people will die of our top 10 diseases (100 heart, 75 TB, 75 Diabetes, 60 HIV etc ), plus 50 people will be murdered and 34 will die in road accidents.
The occasional covid daily death is NOTHING in comparison. Covid is no longer an issue. And the reason for this is because of people like this doctor who fought back against the lies, resulting in only 30% of the country getting vaxxed. Like he says, the evidence is now clear that the vaccine is the killer and the main problem, not Covid.
We have just 2 remaining issues to address now - how can we help those people who took the poisonous jab and have seriously harmed their immune system. And what are we going to do to those people who blindly and ignorantly forced this poison upon us, and caused so much harm.

I asked Discovery, on this site, who will then pay for this? Their quick reply was essentially government have a fund and "they" will. That means you, With your money, whilst they steal billions. A "public private partnership" to meet "sustainable goals".
Our highly principled government of almost 30 years are still looking after us...
